Never again
Never again . I gave Cos a second chance with an on line order , but they insist on using Evri who are the worst courier service ever .
I relied on on line last year when I broke my leg , and every single parcel I ordered for Xmas using Evri never arrived . They leave a text saying deliver today then when that time slot is due they message saying delay and then never hear from them again . If Cos continue with them I will never use again .

After placing a large online order
After placing a large online order, I THEN checked the reviews. Oh boy. Panic set in as I realised how poorly rated the company is.
I was moving to a new country in a few days and needed to return most of the order, and the returns portal was down. I thought I was about to experience first hand why the reviews are so bad. Nope! Customer service was amazing!!!! So kind, helpful, we even had a good laugh on the phone over the situation. Made my day. They completely sorted everything for me.
One of the items I kept, I wore out on my last night in London and received numerous compliments.
From the other reviews, it seems they have a lot of work to do, but I can tell you they’re not all bad. You can find awesome pieces and you can have excellent customer service here so don’t be scared off.
Good luck, Cos! I hope you turn around these reviews with the same service and quality I received.

Similar to other reviews the clothes are great, until you wash them. A hoodie and sweatshirt have shrunk from L to S. they are tiny. And I followed the instructions on the label.

Avoid Shopping Online With Cos
I will never shop online with Cos again.
All items are stuffed into a tiny brown paper bag with no additional packaging or protection. The trousers I ordered were not only creased and of very poor quality but were also covered in cat hair! Clearly Cos do not check the condition and quality of their returns before sending items back out to new customers.
You cannot returns items to store and have to wait 14 days (or longer!) for delivery.
Hermes/Evri is also Cos’ courier of choice. I would not shop with Cos again on this alone.
The only positive is you can request a Royal Mail returns label.
Shrunk 1-2 sizes with first wash
I tried on a medium tee shirt in one of their stores. It fit so well I bought six more. I wore a few without washing and even got compliments on them. But then I washed them once in cold water and they shrunk one whole size, maybe two. They're completely unwearable.
I reached out to customer service, got no response, so kept trying every channel I could. Finally, I got in touch with someone who told me the only thing I could was the call the store and the manager MIGHT be able me.
What a waste of $200 and my time.
Don't spend a dollar with this company.

I won’t be using COS again
I won’t be using COS again. Delivery takes longer than anywhere else I have shopped online. As for returns - took 16 days from them receiving the return to me getting the money back - not really acceptable by current online shopping standards! Also this is the only company listed on Topcashback to decline payment! All round a poor experience.

Overcharge people and denies refund
Bought a sales item that said 50% off. Their check out system charged me full price. Called up the store and the guy said the checkout system “sometimes” does that. Obviously its a system error which the company knows about but doesn’t rectify it. So technically it’s false advertising on sales items “sometimes”. Wants me to travel 1 hour back to the store in my own time as the online customer service is in total denial that cos stores is not associated with their them so nothing can be done about it. So what is the point of customer service?

I have been using cos for sometime and whilst I agree with some of the reviews regarding missing packages, slow returns and delays in receiving items I have always found their customer service team to be apologetic, helpful and not difficult to contact unlike other online companies. I make sure I always try and pay by Klarna so as not to be out of pocket should the above occur.

Absolutely terrible online shopping…
Absolutely terrible online shopping experience.
They partner with Evri (former Hermes) to arrange parcel returns. This is the worst delivery company ever. They lie to customers and harass them. I had multiple similar experiences.
Avoid online shopping with any cost.
Shop in store, but avoid their e-com....
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. Missing items in parcels, customer service who seem to have no clue what is going on, name on the parcel didn't match the shipping address on the order, order confirmation isn't emailed to you after the sale, long refund processing time where return shipping is at the customer's expense, an online size chart that is comically inaccurate, tailoring packed so wrinkled it needs a dry clean to be wearable. If you love COS, stick to in store shopping.... Their ecommerce is a hot mess.

Avoid like the plague!
Placed an order on the 26th June, had an email a few days later saying the order had been delayed, then another email saying it had been dispatched. Phoned customer services on the 5th July chasing my order, turns out the order has been 'lost'. No apology, no replacement order, incredibly rude customer service agent who said he'd refund me and I would get my money in 10 working days. Poor experience from start to finish, won't be ordering from them again, avoid like the plague!

Take your money and nothing to show for it….
So I order something online and pay for it. I wait five days and receive/hear nothing so email the customer services with my PayPal receipt and 24hrs later they reply saying order not received and therefore no money taken. I have now emailed them my bank statement proof money has been paid to them and after 24hrs still no reply… so this is officially theft. Disgusting used to be a fan will never buy from them again.
huge change from well tailored pieces to a very basic designs
I don't know what happened to COS designs, I guess there was some rebranding? their style change dramatically from a well tailored pieces, with an interesting cuts and forms to a basic line of thirsts etc. so upsetting. I have been shopping by COS since years but they definately lost as a customer with their super basic design :(

Why they offer either online shopping
Why they offer either online shopping, or customer helpline is uncertain as both FAIL to function. Orders aren’t shipped and customer services offers no reason and no help - PERHAPS there is a problem at the warehouse - was the best they could suggest! AVOID both online shopping and customer ‘service’
Unable to unsubscribe from marketing emails
I signed up for marketing emails on creating my account. Since then, I have unsubscribed from the list TWICE in the past two weeks by clicking "unsubscribe" in the email and going through the process. Despite this, I continue receiving unwanted emails. I emailed the Customer Services twice about this and still no success.
